This course will cover report terminology and definitions. Also, users will take part in hands-on training on various reports that are located in the reports menu of ANDI. Users will gain a better understanding of relevant reports that will allow them quicker and more efficient access to information. Reports include Giving Analysis, Entity Profile, Combo, GPS and Contact Report Detail.

Advancement Services III - Specialized Gifts/Online Engagement

Users will learn about specialized and non-traditional gifts, and how to handle these contributions. Topics covered include donor advised funds, sponsorships, matching gifts, etc. This training will also provide a general overview of Online Engagement, including the technology and of the services provided by the Online Engagement team such as design, web development, data collection, business analysis, and reporting. Users will also learn about the tools that power UT’s online giving efforts, email marketing, event registrations, and various other web applications such as alumni directories and career networking platforms.
