Panopto is a lecture capture tool that allows you to record, edit, share, and manage video content on the web and through Canvas. The platform is fully integrated with Canvas and Zoom.

The goal of this course is to provide you with the tools you need to successfully record your lecture, event, or other video using the Panopto lecture capture platform in the classroom, your office, or at home. Don't let the lecture capture moniker fool you - while it is meant to record lectures, you can use it for many other things like event capture, announcements, assignments, assessments, and meeting recordings.

We will begin with an overview of the platform and then dive into how to record, edit, share, and manage your video content. You will also learn how to use Panopto in the classroom. We will also cover Panopto's integration with Canvas and how to best share Panopto video content in your course.
