This hands-on workshop will show you how to create surveys, quizzes, and feedback tools that streamline communication and enhance collaboration across campus. You’ll learn practical features, explore hands-on activities, and discover tips for integrating Forms into your work.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Understand the differences between a regular form and a Quiz in Microsoft Forms.
• Recognize the types of questions available in Forms.
• Share forms with collaborators individually or integrate forms directly into Microsoft Teams.
• Identify alternatives for adding files to forms for UT and non-UT users.
