Join us as we explore the latest features of Zoom’s recordings, captions, and transcripts. We’ll demo the settings for success, whether you record locally or to the cloud. We’ll discuss both local and cloud recordings and demonstrate how to work with live captions and cloud recording transcripts. We’ll also demo Zoom’s new My Notes feature, a personal note-taking tool.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Identify settings for both local and cloud recordings.
• Identify options for recording locally or to the cloud, including:
  • Settings to help manage screen layouts, share screen content, and participants.
  • How to share local and cloud recordings.
  • Explore editing options and apps.
• Explore Zoom’s new ‘My Notes’ feature.
