Please log into your UT Google account by using your UT Email and password, then fill out the form by going to https://tiny.utk.edu/classroomconsult to let us know what building, room number, and time you would like to meet.

[NOTE: If you are not logged in with your UT Google account, you will receive an error message.]

Following registration, check your email for a message with the subject line: Classroom Technology Consultation. This email will include the name of your trainer.

Please let us know if the building is unlocked or if we’ll need to meet you outside so you can let us in. We cannot give access to rooms that we have not reserved. You will need access to the room and the building. This training is best for instructors who know the room they are teaching in and who have access to the room and building prior to classes.
