Disclosing Foreign Talent Recruitment Programs to Sponsors: What, Where, and When to Disclose

Stay compliant with new U.S. government and UT System requirements! Join us to learn what, where, and when to disclose Foreign Talent Recruitment Programs (FTRPs) as a UT researcher—especially if you’re involved in federally funded projects. The UT System recently implemented Policy RE0003, requiring that any participation in Foreign Talent Recruitment Programs be disclosed within UT’s system and in federal proposals and awards. Led by experts from UT Libraries, the UT Institute of Agriculture, and the Office of Research, Innovation, and Economic Development, we’ll discuss what FTRPs to disclose, where disclosures are needed in proposal documents, and when to report updates. This session will also explore tools like ORCID IDs, SciENcv, and Key Personnel documents (e.g., BioSketches, Current & Pending Support forms) to streamline the process. Join us for an in-depth look at compliance essentials, Policy RE0003, and the best practices for disclosing FTRPs effectively!

S This is a student focused workshop and students are given enrollment priority.
